ADMINISTRATION/BOARDS:

Bethlehem is governed by the Don Abdon model of leadership. This system gives each of the individual Boards their own budget and ministry area to develop and lead. Our central governing focus occurs at the Parish Planning Council where each Board is represented along with an Executive Team. We have the potential of 70 people being in leadership service.   If you are interested in serving in one of these areas, please contact the director of the particular Board.

Evangelism: Director is Val Mogard.  This Board attends to hospitality and outreach.

Education: Director is Sonja Lougheed. This Board oversees our Sunday School, Vacation Bible School and Confirmation programs.

Fellowship: Director is Cheryl Gorder. This Board creates a sense of community inside the congregation through events.

Ministry: Director is Chuck Berg. This Board supervises the office work and the office and pastoral staff.

Property: Director is LeRoy Barton. This Board maintains the upkeep of the facilities and supervises the custodial staff.

Stewardship: Director is Gary Johnson. This Board oversees the congregational finances, board budgets and puts in place proper accounting practices. They also supervise the Treasurer and Financial Secretary.

Worship: Director is Robert Dregseth. This Board oversees worship practice, supervises the various choirs and their directors. They also supervise the Music Coordinator’s position.

Youth: Board Director is Wendy O’Meara. This Board oversees various programs/events for all ages of our young people and supervises the Youth Director position.
